UNIFORM CONSUMER LEASES ACT (2001)

PURPOSE:
This Act limits some consumer leasing practices not covered by federal law. It covers leases of consumer goods for longer than four months and less than $150,000. It assures fair practices in consumer leasing.

Completed by the Uniform Law Commissioners in 2001.
