UNIFORM CONDOMINIUM ACT

PURPOSE:
This comprehensive condominium act deals with all aspects of the condominium as a legal entity, from formation to transfer of management to the owner's association, and for the operation of a condominium development, thereafter. This act deals with all kinds of condominiums, whether residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed.

ORIGIN:
Completed by the Uniform Law Commissioners in 1977, and amended in 1980.
